A desire to embrace her eye for design, her passion for buildings and profession in business strategy, birthed the concept for CJACK Interiors. Starting in 2003, travelling with a faux finisher to landing a few decorating and painting gigs has evolved into a niche interior contracting firm that partners with individuals and the trade industry to capture the core essence of professional service and design. From concept to build, we understand the craft and science of building and design to create a space in style and functionality.
Carmen "Jack" Jackson
Founder + Principal Designer + Builder
Carmen affectionately known as "Jack" has been sketching and forging designs since she was a child. Always with a smile, you can find her behind a saw with a pencil tucked in her ear. While in the prime of a successful corporate career as a business and strategy consultant, she began creating design-build projects of her own. Her eye for detail stretches the teams of professionals who work along side her to think outside the box. When asked, how do you take it from concept to fruition, her response "if I can think my way through it, I can create it, then I can build it." She is fascinated by the craft itself and inspired by the talent of designers worldwide.
She credits her father for her discovery of the world of construction and design, but claims to be self-taught. She holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and certifications in the energy and environmental sectors. In her spare time, Carmen enjoys time with her family and the great outdoors.
